What You Bring

Mortenson seeks an experienced Project Executive I to provide overall management for large projects, lead teams, and maintain key customer relationships while supporting business development. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related fields, have at least ten years managing healthcare construction projects of $75 million or more, possess strong organizational detail, basic construction‑law knowledge, and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and project‑management tools. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management • Minimum 10 years experience managing large healthcare construction projects ($75M+) • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects from development to close‑out • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills • Basic understanding of construction law and standard business practices • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project‑management web applications • Valid driver’s license and knowledge of EE‑O, inclusive behaviors, and affirmative‑action plans
