About the Role
The Porter/Yard Worker, also known as a Yard Associate, is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location’s property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment to ensure it meets specifications. It also inspects equipment before and after rental, documenting any loss or damage that occurs. • Communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)

What You Bring
The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve working both indoors and outdoors as needed. A safety‑focused culture underpins all daily tasks. • High school diploma or GED preferred • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred • Experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred • Perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) • General mechanical aptitude • Safety-focused mindset • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
