About the Role
The early‑career EHS role supports site risk assessments, Process Safety Management, and environmental, health, and safety audits while helping improve compliance and emergency response programs. The intern will also contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives within the EHS department. • Perform risk assessments and identify controls for site activities. • Support Process Safety Management (PSM) activities. • Conduct EHS audits and recommend improvements. • Assist with EHS programs such as incident investigation, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. • Participate actively in EHS department and site continuous‑improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
Applicants must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in an environmental, engineering, occupational health, industrial hygiene, public health, or related EH&S field, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position seeks candidates with strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in an EH&S‑related field. • Maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Demonstrated initiative, strong interpersonal and team skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. • Understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and proactive safety culture.
