About the Role
• Lead and manage end‑to‑end project delivery across renewals, maintenance, sealing and surfacing works • Develop project methodologies, programs, budgets, and procurement strategies • Manage site activities to meet programme, cost, quality and safety targets • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure value for money and quality outcomes • Monitor project forecasts, costs, margins and month‑end financial performance • Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims and reporting • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams • Lead, coach and develop Contract Engineers, cadets and site teams • Drive a strong Zero Harm, quality and environmental culture across all projects

What You Bring
The role is for an experienced Project Manager to join the Kaipara‑based team, taking a leadership position in delivering civil maintenance and construction projects across the district. The successful candidate will support the Contract Manager, lead project teams, ensure timely and budget‑conscious delivery, and champion a Zero Harm culture.
