About the Role
As a PCA or CNA, you will provide routine care and comfort to senior residents, ensuring their well‑being and dignity. • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities and serve meals in the dining room • Respond to resident emergency call system promptly • Observe, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the Resident Care Director • Maintain accurate care documentation per state regulations and company policies • Support housekeeping to keep resident spaces clean, comfortable, and safe

What You Bring
• Communicate politely and compassionately with residents and families • High school diploma or equivalent required • CNA certification preferred; PCA certificate may be accepted • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred
