About the Role
• Prepare and process transaction documents, including AIR forms, purchase agreements, lease agreements, tenant estoppels, and disclosures. • Draft and coordinate execution of listing agreements and other legal correspondences with the legal department. • Manage broker and team calendars, schedule meetings, conference calls, and broker events such as open houses. • Maintain and update property listings across AIR, LoopNet, CoStar, and internal databases, and oversee subscription services. • Coordinate marketing efforts, create flyers, brochures, tour books, and produce weekly marketing updates and activity reports. • Liaise with vendors for aerial photography, printing, and other commercial services. • Support business development by researching property owners, generating targeted mailers, and tracking client outreach. • Assist with operational tasks including front‑desk duties, phone coverage, and coordination with IT as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires strong organizational abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. The coordinator will work closely with legal, management, vendors, and the broker team to ensure timely completion of documentation, scheduling, and marketing initiatives. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in marketing or a related field. Required skills include excellent oral and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and a detail‑oriented, self‑starter attitude. The successful applicant must be willing to obtain a California Department of Real Estate license within six months of hire.
