About the Role

We are a leader in designing and producing critical power distribution products. The Production Assembler – 2nd Shift works a 40‑hour week with potential overtime, assembling sub‑assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications for Power Distribution Units and Transformers. The role follows Standard Operating Procedures, uses cranes and various tools, performs visual inspections, conducts point‑to‑point wiring, sheet‑metal work for transformer legs, operates ovens and VPI tanks, inspects finished products for quality, and maintains safety and housekeeping standards such as 5S. • Follow SOPs to build sub‑assemblies and assemblies for PDUs and transformers • Operate cranes, ovens, and VPI tanks after training • Perform visual inspections, point‑to‑point wiring, and sheet‑metal work for transformer components • Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools; ensure equipment is calibrated • Inspect completed assemblies for quality compliance and adjust as needed • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations; suggest process and safety improvements • Maintain 5S housekeeping standards

What You Bring

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, reside within 50 miles of the site (active‑duty military exempt), and hold a high school diploma or GED. Experience with electrical assembly, knowledge of mechanical and safety procedures, ability to read SOPs and wiring diagrams, and willingness to work overtime and lift up to 40 lb are required.
