What You Bring
This position is located in Los Angeles, CA, and you must be able to reliably commute to our office in line with our hybrid working policy. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US, as Mott MacDonald is unable to provide sponsorship at this time. • Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field • Demonstrated interest through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships • Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving • Strong communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement • Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and delivering value • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
