About the Role

The role is responsible for leading projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, schedule, and strategic objectives while providing leadership to the project team. • Manage project scope, quality, schedule, budget, and performance according to Constellation’s Management Model. • Direct and integrate cross‑functional project team resources. • Administer contracts, ensure proper closeout, and capture lessons learned. • Obtain stakeholder review and approval of intermediate and final deliverables. • Communicate project status to NGG, site, and corporate management. • Evaluate and recommend contracted services and materials. • Coach and mentor program managers and cross‑functional staff for continuous improvement. • Perform emergency response duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, extensive project‑management background, and obtain a PMP certification shortly after hire. Preferred candidates bring advanced education, supervisory experience, plant operations knowledge, and familiarity with contract management systems. • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combinations). • Proven project‑management experience. • PMP certification obtained within 18 months of hire. • Ability to meet access and medical requirements for the role. • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred). • Supervisory or management experience. • Experience in plant operation or maintenance. • Knowledge of contract management and Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system. • Ability to work in ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
