About the Role

The role involves safely operating a 2000K‑4000K water truck, performing preventative maintenance and pre‑shift inspections, and requires a valid Commercial Driver’s License. The employee must maintain positive relationships with the crew, produce high‑quality work safely and productively, ensure necessary materials and tools are available, identify improvement opportunities, share knowledge, and minimize waste such as waiting, rework, and excess material handling. • Conduct preventative maintenance and pre‑shift walk‑around inspections • Foster positive working relationships with crew members • Deliver high‑quality work safely and efficiently • Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment • Identify and implement process improvements and waste reduction • Share knowledge and mentor teammates • Perform high‑proficiency equipment maintenance • Read and apply safety and quality standards • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions • Perform physical tasks such as climbing and lifting up to 50 lb • Comply with all safety procedures and standards

What You Bring

The position requires up to 12‑hour shifts performing physically demanding work in outdoor conditions, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, frequent manual handling, and wearing required PPE while complying with safety standards. • Operate 2000K‑4000K water truck safely • Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License • Possess minimum three years’ experience in industrial/commercial construction • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
