About the Role

The role manages the technical aspects of medium-sized electrical assembly projects, ensuring customer specifications, timelines, documentation, and quality are met. The manager coordinates technical changes to the bill of material, provides warranty support, and maintains proactive communication with customers. • Establish communication protocol with customers during kickoff meetings. • Create and maintain a central repository for each project on a shared drive. • Collaborate with Systems Engineering on scope changes, pricing, and specification discrepancies not related to submittal review. • Plan and execute presentations to internal and external customers for product recognition and acceptance. • Maintain knowledge of major competitors, distributor alignment, and market dynamics. • Prioritize multiple tasks to deliver proactive project order management and superior customer service.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of technical or commercial experience (or equivalent education and experience combinations) and hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred credentials include a PMP certification, a degree in Business or Electrical Engineering, and strong knowledge of power engineered products. The successful project manager will be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, demonstrate persuasive presentation skills, and take ownership of customer satisfaction. They must apply project‑management methodologies to mitigate risk, understand plant scheduling and competitor landscapes, and possess advanced skills in Word, Excel, Vista and Bidmanager. • Understand plant front‑end scheduling, engineering processes, manufacturing cycle times, and equipment utilization.
