About the Role
Your opportunity. As a Water Servicing Coordinator Team Leader with a civil engineering degree you will be involved in a range of small to large projects from planning to construction for private and public clients. You will work closely with our New South Wales water design team while being part of our national Australian Water team and assist in business development opportunities, including proposal preparation.

What You Bring
You will extend your knowledge across all facets of water-on-water infrastructure projects and developer‑related works such as land subdivisions, buildings, roads, rail projects and civil/utility/master planning works, delivering works from project inception to finalisation. This includes original applications with Sydney Water, design development, liaison with developers, design coordination with a multidisciplinary team and obtaining Sydney Water design approval. We offer a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical and management skills, with strong prospects for career progression and the possibility to expand your team as the business grows. About you. As an experienced engineer within water with a Water Servicing accreditation Category C3 or higher you will work in a multi‑discipline team providing advisory services to developers and gain experience at a large technical consultancy with excellent quality assurance and safety processes. Key requirements include experience in Sydney Water assets planning and design, building plan approval stamping, site inspections and WSC delivery works, and managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
