About the Role
The Warehouse Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager at the Blytheville, AR facility, will be responsible for overseeing shipping, warehousing, coil receiving, inventory control of finished tubular goods, and related dashboard usage. The role demands a detail‑oriented leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and drives continuous improvement. • Manage shipping and warehouse operations to achieve world‑class efficiency. • Develop, recommend, and implement continuous‑improvement practices to reduce waste. • Create and enforce policies and procedures for shipping, ensuring compliance with Atlas Tube and OSHA standards. • Promote health and safety practices across all shipping areas. • Provide expertise, training, and guidance to shipping personnel. • Communicate short‑ and long‑term objectives to the warehouse team. • Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, sales, planning and HR to improve processes. • Build and maintain a positive, team‑oriented environment among shipping staff. • Supervise, train, and discipline shipping operations personnel; evaluate performance objectively. • Review daily shipping reports, resolve issues to minimize costs and prevent delays. • Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain regular attendance as scheduled. • Develop shipping, vacation, and training schedules for staff and coil receivers. • Report suspected security incidents promptly while maintaining confidentiality. • Delegate work with clear, complete, and timely instructions.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will bring extensive supervisory experience in warehousing and shipping, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of industrial manufacturing concepts. Familiarity with steel tube production, JIT, SAP and related technologies is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; alternatively, minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehousing and shipping. • Knowledge of steel tube/pipe production and 3PL, JIT, rail loading experience desired. • Proficient in JIT, SAP, MS Office Suite, Telia dashboard, and crane HMI.
