What You Bring

The Operational Excellence Team is seeking a motivated intern for the Summer 2026 term. Based full‑time in Sacramento, CA, the position offers hands‑on exposure to day‑to‑day operations of solar project installations, team meetings, and collaborative initiatives. Interns will gain practical experience, learn industry tools, and contribute to problem‑solving across the project lifecycle. Compensation for the internship is hourly at $20‑$22. Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Automation program. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required. • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Electronics and Automation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail‑oriented and highly organized. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
