About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple sites, both indoor and outdoor. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions and sell packing supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. The role requires lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and basic maintenance. Candidates should have customer‑service sales experience (retail, restaurant, fast‑food or similar) and a valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided. • Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders/collections • Lift/move items up to 35 lb, walk outdoor areas up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, and perform cleaning/maintenance tasks
