About the Role

In this role you will develop SMART building strategies and roadmaps, build business cases, and map user personas to optimise solutions. You will guide technology integration, aligning structured cabling, wireless networking, intelligent building systems and IoT with design intent, while overseeing delivery against RIBA standards and client KPIs. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, governance, reporting, change control and identify new business opportunities. You will support clients in vision setting, lead stakeholder engagement, provide expert technical insight, and ensure projects meet time, cost and performance goals. Governance, compliance, financial oversight and IT procurement and installation will be under your control, with regular progress reporting and change‑control management. • Develop SMART building strategies and technology roadmaps for clients. • Create business cases aligning technology investments with organisational goals. • Map user personas to tailor technology solutions and enhance experience. • Guide design and integration of structured cabling, wireless, BMS, IoT and 5G systems. • Oversee technology delivery in line with RIBA plan of work and client KPIs. • Lead stakeholder communication between clients, construction teams and consultants. • Establish governance structures and provide regular progress reports. • Identify pain points and advise on cost‑effective technology decisions. • Manage IT change control processes and documentation.

What You Bring

Required credentials include an APM/Agile/Prince2 qualification and demonstrable SMART learning. Candidates need strong client engagement, project management of integrated technology solutions, rapid technical learning, problem‑solving, self‑motivation and excellent verbal, written and presentation communication. Nice‑to‑have experience includes bid writing, commercial property knowledge, RIBA plan familiarity and meeting leadership. • Hold APM/Agile/Prince2 certification or equivalent. • Demonstrate proven SMART learning through courses or industry initiatives. • Possess strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience. • Exhibit rapid technical learning and ability to communicate concepts broadly. • Maintain strong technical knowledge and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. • Experience writing bid responses and presenting ideas (nice‑to‑have). • Knowledge of commercial property sector and RIBA plan of work (nice‑to‑have). • Ability to lead meetings and manage expectations (nice‑to‑have).
