About the Role
The position involves planning, laying‑out, and executing mechanical equipment setting, installation, alignment, and maintenance in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. The employee may also assist in other crafts as appropriate and must follow direction from higher‑skilled workers or foremen. The role may require up to 12‑hour shifts involving hard physical work in varied temperatures, climbing, lifting objects up to 50 lb, and frequent use of hand tools while adhering to safety standards and wearing required personal protective equipment. Work may occur in confined, cluttered, or uneven areas with limited computer or phone use for communication. • Perform mechanical equipment setting, installation, alignment, and maintenance per plans and codes • Assist in other trades as needed under foreman direction • Maintain positive crew relationships and produce safe, high‑quality work • Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and information for tasks • Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate waste • Mentor teammates and inspect subordinates' work for compliance • Work up to 12‑hour shifts, lift up to 50 lb occasionally, and climb ladders/scaffolds • Comply with all safety standards and wear required PPE

What You Bring
Applicants should possess three to six plus years of industrial/commercial construction experience with deep millwright expertise, proficiency in trade mathematics, and the ability to read drawings and specifications. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. • Minimum 3‑6+ years industrial/commercial construction experience with millwright expertise • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and apply trade mathematics • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities
