What You Bring

Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, the technician will play a pivotal role in expanding Terex's service network across the U.S., providing on‑site support for equipment such as truck‑mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks, and cranes. Ongoing technical training is provided to help grow both skills and the business. • Hold a high school diploma or GED and possess basic mechanical tools (sockets, wrenches, impact gun). • Minimum 2 years experience with heavy machinery or utility equipment; 2+ years field service experience. • Pass motor vehicle record (MVR) check and obtain/maintain DOT qualification. • Located within 60 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and basic computer skills. • Background in customer service and familiarity with Genie or JLG equipment. • 5+ years in a similar field and knowledge of Terex products (e.g., Hi‑Ranger, Telelect). • Willingness to work varied hours, travel up to 3‑4 nights per week, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lb. • Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and at heights.
