What You Bring
Rogers Group is seeking experienced Asphalt Paving Screed Operators for its Huntsville, AL/North Alabama operations, reporting to the Paving Superintendent. Candidates must demonstrate strong safety leadership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Minimum 1–2 years screed operator experience • Strong focus on safety excellence • Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in inclement conditions
