About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented Logistics Officers to join our team. This role is critical in managing the receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of mail, equipment, and supplies within our facilities, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and outstanding client service. Multiple casual opportunities are available, supporting a 7‑day roster. Downer plans, creates, and sustains essential public services across Australia and New Zealand, managing critical infrastructure such as hospitals, data centres, and defence partnerships that keep communities thriving. • Manage daily freight operations: receive, store, pick, dispatch, and deliver loads accurately. • Maintain safety compliance with regulations and company policies, especially for pharmaceuticals. • Operate and maintain logistics equipment, reporting faults promptly. • Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and service providers for timely logistics delivery. • Keep workspaces clean, safe, and organized while driving continuous improvement.
