We seek candidates with a broad, flexible technical skillset to advise clients alongside Mace sector teams, focusing on service excellence, continuous improvement and product development. Ideal candidates have strategic advisory capability and specialise in one or more service lines such as strategy and investment, construction productivity, asset performance, commercial delivery or change transformation. Candidates should have postgraduate experience offering strategic advice in a consultancy environment, demonstrated ability to work strategically amid high complexity and uncertainty. A proven track record is required in client liaison excellence, building and maintaining professional relationships, supporting business development and bid activities, and possessing in‑depth knowledge of one or more property and infrastructure sectors such as aviation, rail, healthcare, nuclear, utilities or energy transition. You must demonstrate strong research, analysis and creative‑idea generation skills, produce high‑quality presentations and reports, be digitally savvy, comfortable with uncertainty, self‑motivated to learn new skills, and adept at stakeholder engagement and client relationship management. Advisory consultants often handle multiple short‑term commissions, so flexibility and agility are essential; you should be a collaborative team player with broad consultancy expertise, a creative collaborator, eager to share knowledge, mentor junior staff, and willing to travel domestically and internationally with any required security clearances. • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of property and infrastructure sectors (e.g., aviation, rail, healthcare, energy transition). • Travel domestically and internationally; obtain required security clearances when necessary.
