About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program—including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work—under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and assists with the make‑ready process to meet operational objectives. • Perform routine, preventive, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Assist with unit turnover (make‑ready) processes, inspections, and related scheduling. • Conduct swimming pool maintenance, chemical logging, and exterior clean‑up of grounds and common areas. • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked maintenance shop while adhering to OSHA safety standards and hazard communication programs. • Keep accurate records of service requests, preventive maintenance activities, EPA/OSHA compliance, and make‑ready status. • Deliver excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and project a favorable image of the property. • Participate in on‑call emergency response, including overtime, weekends, and night hours as needed. • Utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently and economically. • Meet physical demands such as climbing ladders, lifting 100 lb items, and working in confined or outdoor environments. • Hold reliable transportation to fulfill emergency on‑call responsibilities.

What You Bring

Benefits
