About the Role
The HVAC Service Technician inspects, diagnoses, and completes electronic and mechanical repairs on specified HVAC equipment and water heaters, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and national codes. • Perform and train on preventative maintenance for residential HVAC and ventilation equipment. • Assist with sealed system HVAC, water heater, and advanced appliance repairs during training. • Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly communicate work and recommendations to homeowners. • Complete documentation such as service tickets, time logs, and material usage. • Be on‑call and respond to emergency situations. • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition. • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: 3 years HVAC experience (or equivalent 5 years with training), required state licensing, valid EPA‑608 Type 2 certification, advanced knowledge of service tools, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to service gas/electric water heaters, sales skills to promote services, valid driver’s license, availability for weekends/overtime. • Preferred qualifications: 5 years HVAC experience (or equivalent), NATE certification.
