About the Role

• Partner with Project Managers to support regional projects and programs. • Monitor project performance and link individual outcomes to business goals. • Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for project delivery. • Apply engineering and project management techniques to develop technical judgment. • Create designs, calculations, and drawings under senior supervision. • Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and drive continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools. • Collect data and produce monthly/quarterly financial forecasts. • Conduct research, analyze findings, and present actionable recommendations. • Coordinate data collection across business lines for management reporting. • Assist with cost control, schedule tracking, and other key project functions.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Power BI, and Office 365 apps is a plus. • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the overall Office suite. • Strong quantitative analysis skills, especially under tight deadlines. • Effective communicator with a proactive learning attitude. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet urgent deadlines.
