About the Role

Reporting to the Office Services Leader and management, the receptionist will help deliver best‑in‑class service for a commercial real estate firm and gain experience on a top investment sales team in a fast‑paced, global environment. • Greet guests, answer phone calls, direct visitors, and take messages. • Handle customer complaints and forward them to the appropriate parties. • Create and distribute company memos via email, letters, or telephone. • Schedule and maintain executives' calendars. • Coordinate meeting‑room bookings and set‑ups. • Organize and file documents electronically or on paper. • Provide support to teams and business operations as needed. • Maintain attention to detail to ensure error‑free communications. • Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude when greeting customers and clients. • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients.
