About the Role

In‑home sales representatives meet with potential clients at their residences, demonstrate Mad City’s unique products and services, and deliver timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation. What You Bring

Candidates must be able to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings), have in‑home, outside, or B2C sales experience preferred, and be self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding goals. Attendance at a one‑time training session in Madison, WI is required. • All leads provided (2–3 pre‑qualified appointments per day) – no cold‑calling required • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings) • Preferred experience in in‑home, outside, or B2C sales • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to exceed goals • Must attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI

The position provides a base salary plus sales commission, performance bonuses and an average earning potential of $200 k–$300 k per year with truly uncapped earnings. All leads are supplied—2‑3 pre‑qualified appointments each day—so no cold‑calling or lead generation is required.
