About the Role

The role focuses on managing customer relationships, coordinating work orders, and ensuring project milestones are met. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers • Initiate escalation calls with technical support to resolve timeline issues • Create and assign work orders in collaboration with the dispatch team • Manage work orders through completion and coordinate invoicing with finance • Provide daily project status updates to project managers • Lead meetings with on‑site general contractors to ensure timeline milestones

What You Bring

The company seeks a West Coast‑based professional with an associate degree and relevant technical experience to support field service and project coordination activities. • Associate degree (or equivalent experience) required • Must reside within the West Coast of the United States • Minimum 2 years field service experience • Minimum 2 years customer‑facing project coordination experience • Engineering or technical associate degree preferred • At least 2 years experience in power systems, battery technologies, or electronics (including coursework/internships) • Electrical industry expertise and product knowledge • Prior experience working with contractors and coordinating projects • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft O365 • Experience with uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems
