About the Role
The HSE Advisor – Vulcan reports to the local HSE Manager and, based on the site’s HSE performance and risk profile, supports the implementation of HSE management arrangements, ensures compliance, drives a zero‑harm culture, defines improvement plans and works collaboratively with Business HS&E colleagues and the wider HS&E function. • Engage stakeholders to promote a strong HSE culture. • Conduct and record regular site tours and inspections. • Provide professional HSE advice and guidance. • Improve HSE management systems continuously. • Identify trends and ensure completion of improvement plans. • Support internal audits in line with ISO 45001.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification, has experience supporting internal audits to ISO 45001, understands UK and Scottish legislation and recognised best practice, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and is committed to continuous improvement.
