About the Role

With new project awards and business growth, a position has arisen to ensure current and future staffing requirements are met on time with the best available talent. The role supports Mace’s recruitment needs across India and other international locations. This is a global recruitment resourcer position responsible for identifying, screening and assisting recruiters in selecting employees for Mace. The focus is on finding candidates who match required skills, experience and cultural fit. The role involves identifying suitable talent, screening and shortlisting resumes, presenting candidates and related information to recruiters, and scheduling interviews in collaboration with recruitment managers. Continuous communication with recruitment managers ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly. Candidates will also be sourced through ATS/CRM systems and social media platforms. • Identify people with the right skills, experience and cultural fit for Mace. • Present candidates, sourcing information and additional data to recruiters. • Schedule candidate interviews in collaboration with recruitment managers. • Maintain constant communication with recruitment managers to complete recruitment processes and procedures. • Source candidates through ATS/CRM and other social media channels. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment emphasizing well‑being. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement, inspire people and teams to develop.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is proficient in MS Office, thrives in fast‑paced, complex environments and can partner with stakeholders across multiple countries. They possess strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and are familiar with social media and professional networks for recruiting. Ability to assess cultural, behavioural and technical fit, along with a solid background in resourcing within construction, property or engineering, is required. English and Indian language skills are considered a significant advantage. • Screen and shortlist resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platform, qualifications and relevant experience. • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in fast‑paced, complex environments; confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries. • Good knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR databases; familiarity with social media and professional networks. • Ability to identify cultural, behavioural and technical fit for the business. • Strong background in resourcing within the construction, property or engineering sector. • English and Indian language skills are a significant advantage.
