About the Role

The Concierge creates a positive first impression for visitors, supports sales and marketing inquiries, handles incoming calls, and provides clerical assistance to all departments. • Answer and screen all incoming calls courteously and professionally • Receive and process community mail • Maintain and update emergency phone number logs and resident emergency face sheets • Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door security • Order and maintain appropriate office supplies • Assist the Business Operations Director with assigned administrative tasks • Participate in all scheduled in‑service training • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies

What You Bring

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, and using fine and gross motor skills, with occasional lifting of up to 25 lb while employing proper body mechanics. Candidates should preferably hold a high school diploma, possess strong interpersonal skills, experience with senior populations, and be proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new applications.
