About the Role

Our inside sales program is designed for individuals starting a career in the heavy equipment sector. Over an 18‑month period, broken into three sections, you will learn about Milton CAT’s products, parts, services, and processes. The program jump‑starts your career and prepares you for long‑term growth with a leading Caterpillar dealer. Starting pay is $22.60 per hour, with incremental increases every six months upon successful completion of program milestones, and the position is eligible for bonuses. • Close sales to achieve defined targets and earn bonuses.
