About the Role

• Review daily reports, collaborate with project teams, resolve technical and administrative issues, and train field staff. • Manage project budgets, prepare invoices and pay applications, and assist with collection efforts. • Prepare proposals and change orders; host or attend client project meetings and follow up on reports. • Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing. • Mentor junior staff and support overall team development.

What You Bring

ECS Limited is offering a unique opportunity for a talented Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager to join our Fort Myers field services team. In this role you will manage a variety of projects, collaborate with senior engineers and field staff, and ensure project deadlines are met. • Hold a B.S. in Civil, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science, Architectural Engineering, or Geology (excluding certain construction management/technology degrees). • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance. • Hold a PE or PG license in the state of employment. • Demonstrate strong marketing skills to establish and maintain client relationships. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Understand heavy construction safety practices and procedures. • Know CMT principles, applications, and ASTM laboratory standards. • Ability to work effectively with clients, peers, and supervisors.
