About the Role

The Senior Bridge Engineer will serve as a lead bridge/structures engineer, coordinating design activities and meetings across disciplines, managing large multidisciplinary projects, and acting as a bridge project/task manager. Responsibilities include overseeing scopes, schedules, and budgets, maintaining client relationships, developing new business, and mentoring structural staff.

What You Bring
We are looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, and detailed plan preparation of steel and concrete bridges, anchored retaining wall design, and hydrologic and hydraulic studies, as well as a solid understanding of highway and geotechnical engineering. Candidates must hold a BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, be a licensed Professional Engineer, and have at least 10 years of experience designing concrete and steel bridges and related structures. Preferred qualifications include strong leadership and communication skills, expertise with DOT/PennDOT design policies, AASHTO LRFD/LFD specifications, proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience in writing project proposals.
