Architecture co‑op supporting design & documentation using Revit/AutoCAD
Job Highlights
About the Role
The co‑op role works alongside the Lead Architect and other team members throughout the design and construction process, gaining exposure to schematic design, design development, contract documentation, and construction administration. Students will also attend site visits and client meetings, contributing to documentation and design discussions. • Assist in producing schematic design, design development, and contract documents (floor plans, elevations, details, sections, schedules). • Create 3D views, renderings, and VR walkthroughs. • Apply architectural procedures and techniques; perform assignments under senior guidance. • Support contract administration duties. • Attend site visits and client meetings; document outcomes. • Participate in architectural design discussions and exercises.

The London office, a group of about 14 professionals, serves clients in healthcare, post‑secondary education, science and technology, civic, justice, and commercial sectors. Co‑op students are sought who are self‑motivated, strong communicators, team‑oriented, and eager to contribute innovative ideas toward a sustainable future. • Proficient in Revit 2020+ and AutoCAD 2020+. • Preferred: 2+ years toward degree with 3.0+ GPA; knowledge of industry software; understanding of building technology, construction methods, and materials; strong multitasking and organization; experience with Rhino, Enscape, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign. • Required: Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program; attention to detail; strong problem‑solving and communication skills; basic Microsoft Office proficiency; commitment to active participation in employee‑owned culture.
