About the Role

The Senior OSINT Policy Advisor role supports the Government by providing technical expertise, conducting research and analysis, and coordinating strategy, policy, and doctrine across the Intelligence Community, DoD, Service, and Command levels. The position also involves formulating mathematical models and optimization methods to inform decision‑making and policy formulation, as well as delivering organizational data operations for senior‑level decision makers. • Provide technical expertise, research, and analysis for government intelligence and defense initiatives • Develop and apply mathematical modeling to support decision‑making and policy formulation • Lead organizational data operations for senior‑level government decision makers • Support executive‑level projects and devise future OSINT strategy and guidance • Maintain active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph • Manage medium‑size program staff, including subcontractors and suppliers

What You Bring

Successful candidates will have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience), and 12+ years of relevant OSINT and policy experience. Required knowledge includes existing OSINT policies, procedures, and gaps at branch, joint, and enterprise levels, the ability to define corrective actions, and experience managing medium‑size program staff, including subcontractors or suppliers. • Possess 12+ years of OSINT policy experience and relevant academic credentials
