About the Role

In this position you will work within a team to identify and resolve delivery issues, ensure planning compliance, and support the supply chain in meeting customer demand. • Ensure compliance with the planning cycle to produce credible plans that meet customer demand. • Maintain accurate pre‑production data to support robust supply plans. • Collaborate with the supply chain to manage order books and project plans, balancing business priorities. • Assess load and capacity factors and provide mitigations to safeguard delivery schedules. • Optimise inventory and logistics across the value stream to minimise risk and cost. • Provide accurate answers to Sales and Operations Planning queries through the Demand Management process. • Contribute to business and operational reviews, identifying risks and defining corrective actions. • Adhere to Rolls‑Royce policies, procedures and RRMS compliance requirements. • Utilise MRP/ERP systems for planning, execution and inventory management. • Influence cross‑functional teams and make balanced delivery decisions under challenging circumstances.

Candidates must hold a degree or professional qualification such as APICS, and possess essential experience in supply chain planning, load and capacity management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a willingness to take responsibility for personal development are also required. The position requires a Security Check clearance; Rolls‑Royce will support applicants who do not already have it, and only UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals will be considered.
