About the Role

You will lead schedule preparation, coordination and monitoring of project activities while complying with applicable codes, QA/QC and EHS policies. You will manage the performance of subcontractors and vendors to ensure project completion as planned. Experience with large‑infrastructure ELV systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, VESDA and Intruder Alarm is preferred. Project execution is a major focus, acting as a bridge between the customer and internal support teams and serving as the first point of contact for information exchange. You will prepare and implement project schedules on site and follow up on approved shop drawings, schematics and technical submittals. Vendor management at the site, adherence to EHS, ethics and quality criteria, and material management (MIR) with reconciliation are essential duties. You will generate daily and weekly progress reports, raise purchase requisitions in advance, and certify measurements of executed work. You will handle pre‑commissioning activities, manage invoice claims, client approvals, and payment realization, and follow up on receivables.
