About the Role
• Welcome members and guests with a smile, using their names, maintaining eye contact and proper posture. • Manage reservations and walk‑ins in an organized manner; schedule requests via phone, email, or in‑person. • Ensure reserved tables are prepared before arrival and seat guests at appropriate tables. • Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return. • Assist in ensuring all club policies, procedures, and standards are met by staff.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • At least six months experience in fine‑dining or high‑volume high‑end restaurant, resort, or private club. • Knowledge of local food safety standards; able to obtain State Food Safety Certificate. • Familiarity with food and beverage operations. • Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays; ability to work long hours. • Team player who stays calm during busy periods. • Proficient in English; additional languages a plus. • Able to meet physical demands: stand, walk, lift over 50 lb, work indoors/outdoors in all weather. • Adaptable and able to pivot to new projects in a fast‑paced environment.
