About the Role
The role involves cleaning interior spaces of sales models and inventory homes, vacuuming carpets, spot‑cleaning with solvents, and cleaning mirrors, tile, glass and marble surfaces using appropriate materials. Cleaners also ensure inventory homes are ready for immediate move‑in, handle miscellaneous cleaning assignments, and may need to complete short‑notice projects under tight deadlines. • Clean interior of sales model and inventory homes • Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning with solvents • Clean mirrors, tile, glass and marble using proper materials • Prepare inventory homes for immediate move‑in • Complete miscellaneous cleaning tasks as assigned • Handle short‑notice projects under tight time constraints
