About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support multidisciplinary teams in shaping the future of the region by managing project communications, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring high quality and timely execution. You will also contribute to stakeholder management, team guidance, and procurement processes, helping to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations. • Centralize project communications across all stakeholders. • Develop and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera. • Coordinate deliverables to meet timelines and quality standards. • Oversee project quality management to exceed client expectations. • Prepare and distribute regular project progress reports. • Manage stakeholder relationships and address their needs. • Provide guidance to the project team and promote collaboration. • Assist with procurement, including RFQs/RFPs, tender documents, and bid evaluations.

What You Bring

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering and at least five years of experience delivering infrastructure projects in a multidisciplinary environment. Candidates must be proficient with CAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering software, and possess strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of industry standards and regulations. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering. • Minimum five years’ experience managing infrastructure projects. • Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and engineering software. • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. • Strong written and verbal communication for technical information. • Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
