About the Role
In this position you will install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards, apply finish work where required, and communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. You will also complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at the end of each installation. • Install home remodeling products following company standards. • Apply finish work as needed for each construction application. • Communicate with management post‑installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. • Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, including kitchen cabinet installation or refacing. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and strong communication and customer‑service skills are required. • Minimum 2 years remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience. • Experience installing or refacing kitchen cabinets. • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
