Job Highlights
About the Role
• Read and understand contract documents, drawings, specifications, and health & safety measures, including updates. • Ensure contractors comply with contract standards through observation, measurements, testing, and QA tracking. • Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment. • Perform site supervision and inspections as directed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer. • Document contractor personnel, equipment, activities, locations, reasons, and methods in assigned areas. • Report material deliveries, follow and implement site instructions, and apply quality control procedures. • Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed. • Monitor compliance with quality, performance, and code requirements via inspections. • Monitor health and safety of construction work and report violations.
