About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role is a full‑time position in Frisco, Texas. It involves managing daily leasing operations for one of AvalonBay’s communities, delivering luxury‑style living experiences and ensuring residents receive exceptional service. As a Leasing Consultant you will guide prospective residents to their new home with customized tours, recommend ideal floorplans, and highlight local amenities. You will follow up on every lead, especially during high‑traffic weekend periods, with Saturday availability required. • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster community connections. • Drive leasing performance through personalized sales, marketing campaigns, outreach, and social media. • Follow up with prospects using tailored updates on floorplans, local amenities, and events.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 1‑2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience (preferably in real estate), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with property‑management software and Microsoft Office.
