About the Role

• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival. • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone queries, manage requests and room bookings, and log work requests in the internal system. • Assist the internal site‑management team by conveying client requests and handling additional duties as needed. • Escort and supervise visitors and contractors as required. • Collect and distribute internal and external mail and courier deliveries. • Deliver consumables to refresh areas throughout the facility. • Provide building access cards to staff and contractors. • Support meeting‑room requirements, including reconfigurations and catering arrangements. • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, receipting, and reconciliation. • Enter data and maintain records accurately. • Manage work orders and track their progress. • Maintain and update distribution lists. • Ensure all stakeholders meet and maintain HSE policies and procedures. • Apply customer‑service principles effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
