About the Role

Key duties include sourcing and developing new business, understanding OTM products to meet client needs, identifying and contacting sales leads, meeting clients in person, negotiating terms, and managing risk with senior team members. The consultant will also host and attend industry events, networking with property professionals to promote the brand. • Generate and nurture new business for OnTheMarket across the assigned regional patch. • Understand and pitch the full OTM product suite to meet client needs. • Identify, contact, and meet potential and existing clients; negotiate business terms. • Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.

What You Bring

Successful candidates have a proven track record in sales—particularly in online marketplaces or B2B environments—and have grown client relationships over the medium to long term. They possess exceptional communication, presentation, objection‑handling, and organizational skills, a consultative selling style, and a degree or equivalent experience. A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record are required. • Demonstrated sales success in online marketplaces or similar B2B environments. • Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts over the medium to long term. • Strong communication, presentation, objection‑handling and organizational skills. • Consultative selling style with account‑management techniques to expand accounts. • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience; valid driver’s licence with clean record.
