About the Role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that buildings, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role supports daily operations by addressing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues promptly. • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations. • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory in good working condition. • Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and minor construction repairs as needed. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. • Keep accurate maintenance records and service logs. • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when required. • Assist with facility setup, moves, and general upkeep tasks.

Benefits
The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with shifts of 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and offers a pay rate of $20‑$25 per hour depending on experience.
