About the Role

A Driver with a Class B CDL operates a collection truck to provide safe, prompt, and courteous waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle meets the company's safety standards, adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, safely operating the truck along assigned routes, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of material at designated facilities. The driver also interacts professionally with customers, identifies and tags unsatisfactory containers, monitors for spills, cleans the vehicle as needed, and completes required productivity and safety reports while meeting productivity standards.
