About the Role

• Analyze market data to identify territories, plan promotions, and drive activations. • Mine existing accounts, improve account management, and increase retention. • Acquire new business while ensuring profitability and meeting budget targets. • Identify growth opportunities, meet new customers, and expand the opportunity pipeline. • Forecast sales goals (annual, quarterly, monthly) and create plans for short‑ and long‑term growth. • Map the market and maintain intelligence on regional customers. • Build deep knowledge of customers' priorities and translate them into opportunities. • Develop value‑added relationships within accounts and core account teams. • Ensure a positive onboarding experience and manage the full customer lifecycle. • Oversee billing and payment collection from customers. • Prioritize target customers and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow them. • Negotiate and update tariffs on the technology‑backed tariff management and shipment booking portal. • Cultivate senior‑level relationships to facilitate decision making. • Finalize contracts, establish SLAs, and align with clients' long‑term goals. • Generate new sales and nurture long‑lasting relationships. • Conduct MBR/QBRs for critical customers. • Monitor market and competitor activity, providing relevant reports. • Present insights to senior management and consult on new services and products.

What You Bring
