About the Role
The New Construction Sales Executive will serve as a strategic digital‑marketing partner for new‑home builders, collaborating with data, product, and marketing teams to sell advertising solutions. The role involves extensive in‑person client visits within an assigned territory, classroom training, and developing deep industry knowledge to build market credibility. • Develop strategic key relationships with national, regional, and local new home builders. • Conduct in‑person and virtual calls to obtain community information not currently on the Homes.com portal. • Educate new home builders on the value of Homes.com through demonstrations. • Partner with internal data team to integrate builder‑provided data. • Meet and exceed monthly goals and performance metrics. • Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication and insights. • Analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers.

CoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, maintains a drug‑free workplace, and does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. • Travel up to 50% of the time. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university or equivalent experience as a full‑time Residential Real Estate Agent with a high school diploma. • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital sales or Real Estate Sales, preferably new home construction. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. • Experience managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle. • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated commitment to previous employers. • Current, valid driver’s license. • Satisfactory completion of a driving record/abstract check. • Experience selling digital marketing and advertising in residential real estate, focusing on new home construction. • Homebuilder domain knowledge. • Ability to thrive in a start‑up, high‑growth environment and adapt to change. • Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational detail. • Proven presentation and demonstration skills using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
