Kimley-Horn's Harrisburg, PA office is seeking a Project Manager, Civil Engineer with over eight years of experience to join their Land Development team. This is an on‑site role, not remote, focused on residential and commercial site development engineering and project management. Candidates must have at least eight years of relevant engineering design experience, a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or be able to obtain one within twelve months, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and storm‑drainage modeling software. Experience in utilities, site layout, drainage, due‑diligence, permitting, and client coordination is required. • Hold 8+ years of civil engineering design experience and a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license (or obtain within 12 months). • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology and storm‑drainage modeling software, and utility/site layout design.
